Why this class?

"Release Planning is an essential part of many Scrum projects especially for all longer term development activities on enterprise level. You won't be able to run a scaled, multi-team, long-term Scrum without any means of Release Planning based on team estimates"

describes Andreas Schliep (CST,CSC) in Agile-Leaders group while discussing recent Scrum updates by Ken Schwaber.

In this online workshop, we will explore how to facilitate and lead teams through the Release Planning. Through multiple sessions, we will discuss practicle, pragmatic steps that I have used in my experience of Enterprise transformation to Agile at three large organizations. I will layout a roadmap that has been time tested and proven (with coaching of several teams and projects) on how YOU can facilitate Release planning for a project to spring board it to success.
